Jennifer Sabin Founder and Managing Partner

Jennifer Sabin is the founder and Managing Partner of The Growth Management Group. For more than 20 years, Jennifer has been an industry leader providing premium consulting and coaching services in over 30 countries. Started out in the eighties as the youngest woman owning American Stock Exchange seat, she rapidly expanded the firm into a premier coaching and consulting boutique.

Jennifer is deeply committed to the success of all GMG clients. These men and women include corporate executives, successful professionals, private individuals and self starting entrepreneurs. Jennifer heads the GMG design team developing workshops, programs, seminars and private client work. GMG is as always on the cutting edge of combining the principals of coaching and the practical experience of business. A dynamic , Jennifer has addressed audiences internationally, from New York to Moscow including The Stern School of Business, The Taiwan Stock Exchange & SEC, and the Woman on Wall Street's Annual Conference.

Jennifer is an ICF Professional Certified Coach as well as an adjunct faculty member of Coach University and former volunteer faculty of American Women's Economic Development Corporation. To date she has worked with thousands in establishing and growing successful businesses.

Jennifer is the recipient of numerous awards including the honor of the NY Mayors Volunteer Services award for her consulting work with businesses impacted by the tragedy on September 11. She served on Girls Inc. National Advisory Board for Economic Literacy. She sat on the Congressional organized Market 2000 committee. Invited to attend the 21st Century Summit in Washington DC, she and other business leaders met with the President and discussed issues impacting women entrepreneurs. She has been recognized by the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) at their National Conference as a "Tale of Triumph".

Jennifer graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Her postgraduate work in Global Business Cultures was in New York University's John W. Draper Program. Jennifer is a tri-athlete, tennis player and has completed three marathons to date. She resides in Palm Beach County, Florida.
